Q: Will my product remain safe in transit or shipping? A: We pack the products in such a way that they remain healthy during shipment. The product can easily withstand shipment duration of up to 2 weeks. In case of any damage or issue with the product, you can report the same within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace the item. For mushroom spawn, after delivery, please remove the spawns from the package and store them in a clean and cool area for a few days before use.
